A few years ago, Cartoon Network aired a series of 40 episodes of Star Wars: Clone Wars microseries, short three-to-five minute episodes following mainly Obi-Wan and Anakin as they travel the galaxy, including the episode where Anakin is knighted.

To get things started, I liked the part where Obi-Wan cannot fall asleep because it is raining Anakin just comes back with a map and all kinds of bugs. Obi-Wan asks Anakin where he had gotten the bugs, and his former padawan answers "I got them from the enemy camp." This exchange was one of my favorite moments from the entire microseries.

I agree. That's my favourite bit, too. That, and later on in that episode, "What an incredible smell you've discovered."

I personally liked the mini series better than the current one.

I think the relationship between Obi-wan and Anakin was shown better in this one.

Unfortunately it is no longer canon.

I didn't think it ever was canon. I contradicted the books in some places, and no one seemed to care much.

However, it was pretty good, canon or not.
