Pit Droid: True. However, gotta love the thrill of being out there on the track, helping out the racer on pit stops. Also, it's fun to engage in Pit Droid-to Pit Droid combat; always going for each others nose. It's times like this that each pit droid cherishes.

: How can you tell it's me? There are thousands of other droids that look just like me out there; how can you tell which one bopped the other one? I mean, really; how can you tell? It's great being a maufactured droid.

: Yeah, I have. It all started when I worked at a swap meet a couple years back. There were many other pit droids out there, so I decided to go have a chat. However, then some kid ran through our little group, knocking us in all directions. I got so dizzy that I ended up being taken out of the meet by another child, and then bopped on the nose and thrown like a discuss. Problem is, I hit someone in the head; they thought I was their droid, so I knew that I had to escape. My plan was simple; jump out of a moving landspeeder. Others might call me crazy, but I was successful, and had enough pieces screwed together to continue functioning. If it weren't for that, I wouldn't be talking to you, would I?

It was lucky that you're a droid. If I had jumped out of a moving landspeeder, I might not be talking to you. Do you know if the other droid ever get back to its owner?
