In the Role-Playing Resource (RPR, as it is commonly referred to) forum, RPers are alowed to post planning threads for games they are coming up with, OOC discussion threads for large games, and other things that relate to rPGing without actually playing the game (RPing takes place in the RP forum, not in the RPR).

So, get those planning threads and OOC discussions started!
